What just happened that is so life altering that singing is necessary? We will work to use the music, the lyrics, and the clues from the composer to change your scene partner? Those working on their feet will experience moment before, targeting, and discovery. They will learn to use music tactically. You must be more than a vessel for sound. In this workshop we will figure out why you must sing.

This workshop is for all levels of flexibility. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a mat or a firm woven blanket and loose clothing. Feel free to bring a notepad in case any of the practices resonate with you. $25
